7. Retention Periods
Your data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes of processing and in line with the statutory limitation periods:
- Quote / contact form data: until your request is concluded and for a maximum of 2 years thereafter
- Contracts and commercial records: 10 years as required by applicable law (Tax Procedure Law, Turkish Commercial Code)
At the end of these periods your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
8. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller you have the right to:

- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad,
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK,
- request that correction/deletion be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred,
- object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis,
- claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

Your request will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. Where the process incurs an additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
